We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we’re unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Delivery Information

We offer free ground shipping across the continental United States on all orders over $49. For orders under $49, a flat shipping rate of $4.99 applies.
Currently, PRYDE Labs ships exclusively within the United States. For international delivery inquiries, please contact us at info@prydeskincare.com to explore custom shipping options.
Please allow 3 to 8 business days for your order to arrive. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier service.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on the following:
• Opened or used skincare, haircare, or body care products
• Items not in their original packaging
• Gift cards or promotional items
• Products marked as final sale
We take product integrity seriously. If you believe your item is defective or arrived damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery—we’ll make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges & Gifts

We replace items only if defective or damaged.

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return.
If the gift was shipped to the giver, we’ll refund them directly.
